you'll have to see the intention of the person doing it, taking
off a jacket the way everyone does will never get you into any
trouble but jumping infront of a girl, taking off your jacket and
exposing yourself wearing a bikini to others does sound unlawful to
me.
no ill intention, but another way of making you see the point is,
having the same thing happen to your love ones and you'll see that
you probably hope the guy got alot more then what was being melts
out in court!!
